I'm such a whiner...where did my exercise go?!:(

Does anyone ever feel like there is not enough time in the day?! Especially to do the things that you want to do! I feel so slack lately...I haven't been able to keep a consistent work out schedule in about 2 years! It sucks! Keith bought me pilates for my birthday and I have been doing them, but not enough to be consistent. I love how they make me feel! I also haven't had time to really sit down and evaluate what I eat to make sure I'm eating healthy. It's always go go go go go.When you go from exercising and eating healthy everyday to not doing it so much you can tell. Anywho enough complaining I am really grateful for the job that I have and for the time I get to spend with Keith and our puppies:) Its just nice to have time to make you feel good about my case working out dos the trick. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fit it in somewhere in my crazy schedule?! Oh and some good eating habits?! lol....o and it also doesn't help that its the holiday season and I seem to not have very good discipline when it comes to desserts!! lol

I unfortanatly have the same problem! i find that if i dont work out right when i get home, then I wont do it. Even if it is just for 30 minutes. I would love to get up a little early and excercise, but I love my sleep too much! As for eating healthy, healthy food is so much more expensive thatn the convenient stuff and doesnt last as long, it really takes some discipline and meal planning. I think if you sit ahead and plan all your meals and snacks and journal them its easier to figure out what needs to change!
