I'm such a whiner...where did my exercise go?!:(

Does anyone ever feel like there is not enough time in the day?! Especially to do the things that you want to do! I feel so slack lately...I haven't been able to keep a consistent work out schedule in about 2 years! It sucks! Keith bought me pilates for my birthday and I have been doing them, but not enough to be consistent. I love how they make me feel! I also haven't had time to really sit down and evaluate what I eat to make sure I'm eating healthy. It's always go go go go go.When you go from exercising and eating healthy everyday to not doing it so much you can tell. Anywho enough complaining I am really grateful for the job that I have and for the time I get to spend with Keith and our puppies:) Its just nice to have time to make you feel good about yourself...in my case working out dos the trick. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fit it in somewhere in my crazy schedule?! Oh and some good eating habits?! lol....o and it also doesn't help that its the holiday season and I seem to not have very good discipline when it comes to desserts!! lol
